Visit the lighthouse
From the lighthouse on the 40-metre-high Vuurboetsduin, you can enjoy stunning views of the village, the North Sea and the Wadden Sea. In clear weather, you can see the neighbouring islands of Texel and Terschelling as well as the Friesian and North Holland coast.
Tips:
1) when the Vlieland flag is flying on the lighthouse, the tower is open to visitors.
2) bring binoculars....
