The war museum in the dunes of Vlieland.
Vlieland still has some traces of the Second World War in the dunes. After the capitulation, the Germans built bunkers in the dunes as defensive works. On the island, some bunkers have been demolished and others are being refurbished. In the dunes of Vlieland, the Bunkerstelling wn 12H has been converted into the island´s war museum.
